Major changes for 2024!

-Added Individual Divisions — Beginner, Int, Masters 40+, Rx, Elite

-Added Co-Ed Duos — Beginner, Int, Masters 40+, Rx, Elite

-Removed Teams of Four

-Changed to one day events — Duos on Saturday (Oct 19), Individuals on Sunday (Oct 20)

-3 Workouts + 1 Lift for each day

-Lowered prices $30

Our venue is once again the top-notch RP Funding Center in downtown Lakeland, Florida.

We’ll have competition in the Jenkins Arena, with vendors and food options inside the concourses.
